Sheryl has made another career change!

Having completed her 6-months’ commitment to help launch New Hope Life Center for Women, she has made a move back to the CFCI international office, and is working as the Manager of the Pearl Group.

The best explanation is that this is a start-up business venture under the umbrella of CFCI that will house cross-cultural training programs. The target clientele are businesses, trade associations, and corporate HR managers. The first course (“Understanding Latino Culture”) is now available online as an e-learning course.

It’s another very steep learning curve for her, and a completely new arena that doesn’t have a lot to do with direct ministry, except that all profits from the Pearl Group will go to support the ministries of CFCI in Latin America. She’s always looking for networks and contacts and open to talk with anyone about this new project! More at www.understandinglatinos.com.

Sheryl's long-term vision is to minister under CFCI through offering teaching, mentoring, and pastoral care to the Body of Christ, both here and abroad.

Many of you may also know that for several years we have hosted a Sunday evening team ministry with Burt Holland. That has included ministry to leaders in Costa Rica and Tijuana, as well as prayer with many local leaders. Sheryl would like to further develop this ministry team, creating a “safe place” for leaders, pastors, and missionaries to receive.
